AUSREO’S DELIVERY METHOD SPED UP OUR FIXING PROCESS AND ACTUALLY HELPED THE STEEL FIXERS COMPLETE THE PROJECT MORE EFFICIENTLY AND ON TIME.

Ausreo delivered the steel pre-slung on a hiab truck and we co-ordinated with the driver to place the steel on the ground in a sequence that helped our steel fixers tie the steel very quickly.

5D modelling improves productivity

The complex Dome shaped tower bases were modelled and scheduled using our proprietary 5D modelling software based on Auto CAD. The program provided accurate marking plans and identified potential placement clashes, thereby ensuring all elements fit neatly together once delivered on site.

Off-site manufacturing drives efficiency

AUSREO prefabricated reinforcement cages in their quality controlled factory for the project. Off-site manufacturing reduced expensive on site labour and provided greater certainty of delivery.

Pre-slung loads save time for steel fixers... and are safer!

The switch to pre-slung loads doesn’t just add valuable efficiencies on site. It also eliminates 'fall from height' hazards because operators no longer need to climb onto the trailers.
